Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Estimator to manage the estimation process for construction projects. The role involves analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure projects remain within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimation team in analyzing project requirements and creating cost estimates.

• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project scope.

• Research and analyze vendor bids, subcontractor quotes, and material pricing.

• Present and explain cost estimates to clients, management, and team members.

• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and adjust estimates as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost estimating, with leadership experience.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project plans interpretation.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Certification in estimating or related field is a plus.
