A.B.S Consultants is seeking a Lead Design Engineer with at least 8 years of architectural design experience, especially in high-rise projects (Ground +10 floors). You will drive design execution, ensure quality, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for high-rise projects (Ground +10 floors).

• Develop detailed construction designs complying with local codes and regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project excellence.

• Ensure quality assurance in all design outputs.

• Serve as the primary client liaison to deliver design solutions exceeding expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design for high-rise projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• Proficiency in Revit or similar architectural design software.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in Arabic; ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively.

• Must be able to commute or relocate to Ajman before starting work.
