Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency derivatives exchange with over 70 million users, is seeking a Lead Compensation & Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage Total Rewards programs globally. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Strategy: Develop and implement Total Rewards programs aligned with company goals.

Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis, salary benchmarking, and participate in surveys to ensure competitiveness.

Program Delivery: Lead annual salary review processes, administer benefits and incentive programs, and manage compensation offers for new hires and internal moves.

Analytics & Insights: Provide data-driven reporting and evaluate compensation program effectiveness.

Employee Engagement: Research employee satisfaction with Total Rewards programs and implement improvements to enhance motivation and experience.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in global Total Rewards management.

Hands-on experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
-
Fluency in English and Chinese (bilingual communication required).

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.

Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with senior leadership.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
