Position Overview:

The Lead Auditor / Auditor – QHSE will be responsible for planning and executing audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge in engineering and management systems, excellent communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will report to the Certification Manager and work closely with various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform audits as Lead Auditor/Auditor following ISO standards and company procedures

• Prepare and submit audit plans and reports timely, ensuring compliance with KPIs

• Participate in reviewing new standards and contribute to audit quality improvements

• Manage client relationships diplomatically while ensuring audit quality per ISO 17021 requirements

• Interpret audit results and identify non-conformities and improvement areas

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Corporate HSE policies and ensure compliance with HSE standards onsite

• Report hazards, incidents, and participate in investigations promptly

• Collaborate with management to maintain safe work environments and compliance with legal and company HSE requirements

• Engage in continual professional development and achieve KPIs related to audits and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Lead Auditor with a Certification Body in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

• At least 4 years total relevant work experience in industrial or technical fields (manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, chemical)

• IRCA Registered Lead Auditor Training for applicable management systems

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Oil & Gas, Chemical) or equivalent

• Strong sector-specific technical knowledge related to management systems

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timely submission of audit plans and reports

• Timely closure of non-conformance reports (NCR)

• Customer satisfaction and audit quality

• Defect-free technical review outcomes
