AirNXT, a pioneering AI-powered aviation MRO software company, is seeking a Lead AI Systems Engineer to join their Dubai HQ. This hybrid role focuses on designing, implementing, and shipping AI systems for real-world aviation maintenance, operations, and management, including predictive models, NLP workflows, and agent-based automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and deployment of AI workflows for processing maintenance documents into structured data.

• Develop agent-based automation workflows with human-in-loop approval.

• Build lightweight predictive models to flag potential issues before they occur.

• Implement NLP + LLM chains for document understanding and checklist generation.

• Ensure traceability, validation, and reliability of AI systems for operations teams and regulators.

• Collaborate with CEO and Data Architect to define intelligent aviation software systems.

Requirements / Skills:

• 4–8 years of experience building and shipping production AI/ML systems.

• Strong Python development skills with end-to-end ownership of services.

• Hands-on experience with LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and chaining frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack, etc.).

• Experience integrating LLMs, embeddings, and vector search into workflows.

• Knowledge of time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.

• Clear communicator, able to thrive in fast-paced, lean teams.

• Bonus: Aviation, logistics, safety compliance, graph data, or smart-contract experience.
