PSI LLC Real Estate is currently hiring a Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer/Specialist to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about employee development and continuous learning. The role involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating impactful training programs tailored to business needs. Candidates must be Arabic or European speakers with a strong background in corporate training—preferably within the real estate or sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and blended training programs including onboarding, sales, soft skills, and compliance.

• Design and revise training content using modern instructional design methodologies.

• Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads.

• Measure training effectiveness and contribute to reporting metrics.

• Support LMS (Learning Management System) integration and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of corporate training experience, preferably in real estate or sales.

• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of instructional design principles and LMS tools.

• Arabic or European nationality/language proficiency is required.
