Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Laundry Valet to ensure exceptional laundry services for hotel guests. The role involves collecting, verifying, and delivering laundry and dry cleaning items while maintaining high service standards and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning.

• Collect laundry bags from guest rooms, ensuring names, room numbers, and items are correctly recorded.

• Count and verify all items per laundry lists; record collection and delivery times and special notes.

• Report any guest valuables/items found in clothing.

• Inspect laundry for damage or stains and take appropriate action.

• Assist in outside laundry/dry cleaning collections and deliveries.

• Load and unload dryers; sort washed laundry items.

• Assist in inventories and attend scheduled trainings.

• Deliver all guest items punctually and professionally.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Vocational training in laundry operations is preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.

• Good command of English.

• Positive, friendly attitude with strong customer focus.

• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.

• Attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and responsibility.
