Towers Rotana is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join their team. As a key member of the hotel’s laundry department, you will ensure the laundry services required by guests are met on time and to the highest standards. This role requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, capable of performing tasks with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring the care and quality of linens, assisting with daily operations, and maintaining hotel policies and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and laundry department.

• Ensure high-quality work by working with attention to detail and efficiency.

• Properly manage the care of flat irons and laundry equipment.

• Feed food and beverage linen to the flat iron and ensure proper care.

• Fold bed sheets and towels according to hotel standards.

• Take responsibility for any other duties assigned by supervisors.

• Be fully conversant with fire and safety procedures and strictly adhere to them.

Key Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Vocational training in laundry operations and previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role is preferred.

• Skills: Good command of English and a positive, friendly attitude are essential.
