As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for the careful handling, cleaning, and delivery of guest laundry items, ensuring that every item meets our high standards of quality and care. This role involves working with various laundry equipment, ensuring proper inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and sort guest laundry from rooms, organizing by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements.

• Operate laundry machines (washing machines, dryers) and other equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

• Track and maintain inventory of guest laundry items such as linens, towels, and clothing.

• Perform thorough quality control, checking for stains, tears, or damage on laundered items.

• Deliver cleaned, folded, and ironed laundry back to guest rooms in a timely manner, ensuring all special requests are honored.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant/Valet in a 5-star luxury hotel.

• Strong knowledge of operating various laundry machines and equipment.

• Experience working with different cleaning chemicals and detergents.

• Familiarity with laundry symbols and garment care instructions.
