As a Laundry Attendant, you’ll be part of a world-class hospitality team dedicated to providing high-quality laundry services to guests and staff. You’ll manage garment care, linen inventory, and machinery operation—all while upholding Mandarin Oriental’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, press, and inspect guest garments according to care labels

• Handle linen and uniform inventory, repairs, and distribution

• Operate and maintain laundry machinery safely

• Maintain accurate records and organized laundry areas

• Ensure prompt delivery of laundry services and handle guest requests professionally

• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or vocational training in fabric care or hospitality

• Minimum 1 year of laundry or housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel

• Strong knowledge of fabric care and laundry equipment

• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus

• Attention to detail and physical ability to perform manual tasks

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overnights
