UClean, India’s largest chain of live laundry and dry-cleaning stores, is hiring a Laundry Attendant for its Dubai location. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding franchise network that delivers premium cleaning services across more than 200 cities.

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for handling various laundry processes such as sorting, spotting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding garments. You will also be expected to operate washers and dryers safely and efficiently while ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the role requires interacting with customers, addressing special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, spot-treat, wash, dry, press, and fold laundry items.

• Operate commercial laundry machines and dryers in accordance with standard procedures.

• Inspect and process laundry based on fabric types and service requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area.

• Handle customer interactions professionally, including answering queries and fulfilling special service requests.

• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to customers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in laundry services, including pressing and garment care.

• Experience operating washers, dryers, and related equipment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Prior experience in a similar laundry role is preferred.
