Saira Saira Project Service is seeking a skilled Lathe Operator for a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, calibrating, and maintaining lathe machines to manufacture precision parts and components. This position requires experience in reading technical drawings and working with various materials in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain lathe machines to shape and form metal or other materials

• Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings

• Calibrate equipment and ensure production accuracy

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading technical and engineering drawings

• Hands-on experience in machine operation, milling, and general maintenance

• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is advantageous

• Technical certification or diploma in a related field preferred
