About the Client

A Dubai-based design-and-build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations, luxury villas, and private residences. The company is known for delivering bespoke, detail-driven outdoor environments that complement premium interiors and architectural excellence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Landscape Designer to deliver bespoke outdoor environments for luxury villa and private residential projects. This role requires a strong design aesthetic, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to translate client visions into elegant, functional, and sustainable landscape solutions.

You will work closely with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless design integration from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design bespoke landscape concepts for gardens, courtyards, pools, terraces, and outdoor entertainment areas.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings, mood boards, visualizations, renderings, BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.

• Incorporate modern outdoor living trends, luxury finishes, and sustainable landscape solutions.

• Conduct site visits to assess environmental, spatial, and technical conditions.

• Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesive execution.

• Oversee landscape implementation, ensuring design accuracy, material quality, and aesthetic integrity.

• Select premium materials and ensure efficient irrigation and sustainability practices.

• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining overall design intent and quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in luxury villas or high-end residential projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience working within design-and-build or residential renovation environments is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other visualization tools.

• Strong eye for detail, proportion, materials, and luxury design aesthetics.

Personal & Professional Skills

• Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.

• Strong project coordination and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.

Additional Criteria

• Open to Indian or Arab nationals.

• Preferred age: 35 years and below.
