Gensler, the world’s largest architecture and design firm, is hiring a Landscape Architect to join their Dubai studio. This full-time role is ideal for a passionate and technically skilled professional with a strong design sense, experience in sustainable landscapes, and proficiency in digital tools such as Revit and Rhino. You’ll work on high-impact projects across urban planning, architecture, and interior design—within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Studio Director and multidisciplinary teams to develop urban and landscape design solutions.

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and project stakeholders.

• Conduct site analysis and develop context-sensitive landscape designs.

• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation.

• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders during project execution.

• Promote sustainable design principles across all project phases.

• Contribute to climate-focused design analyses and performance studies.

• Support innovation and experimentation within the design process.

• Actively participate in sustainability initiatives and Gensler’s GC3 challenge.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture or related field.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in landscape-specific projects.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong design, presentation, and freehand sketching skills.

• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience with LandFX and computational design tools like Grasshopper/Dynamo is a plus.

• Familiarity with rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, and Twinmotion.

• Knowledge of BIM and interoperability workflows (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD).

• Basic knowledge of VR tools (Unreal Engine, Unity) and coding languages (C#, Python) is desirable.

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, graphic).

• Knowledge of sustainable certifications (LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Net Zero) preferred.
