Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, providing critical data for various construction projects, and supporting the design and development of infrastructure. This role requires technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate land surveys using modern equipment and surveying technologies.

• Analyze and interpret survey data to prepare maps, plots, and legal documents.

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate topographical information.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during surveying activities.

• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.

• Prepare detailed survey reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Travel to various construction sites within Dubai to perform field surveys as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East construction industry.

• Proficiency in using surveying equipment like GPS, Total Stations, and AutoCAD software.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Knowledge of local land and construction regulations and safety practices.

• Willingness to work on-site in various outdoor conditions.
