Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor swimmers of all ages and abilities.

• Deliver engaging and effective swim training sessions.

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students during swimming activities.

• Work collaboratively with the PE and Sports Department to enhance the school’s athletic program.

• Act as a positive role model, encouraging discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Candidate Requirements

• Locally available in the UAE with 2–3 years of experience in coaching.

• Valid Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification.

• Strong team player with proven track record of working effectively in groups.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Presentable, professional, and committed to student development.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Valid UAE Lifeguard License.

• Prior experience working in a school setting.

• Female coaches preferred for this role.
