Akaya is seeking an experienced Labor Supervisor to oversee and manage manpower on construction projects. The role involves hiring workers locally and internationally, coordinating workforce deployment, and ensuring smooth site operations while complying with company policies and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and coordinate manpower from UAE and international markets.

• Supervise and manage labor workforce on construction sites.

• Coordinate with site management regarding manpower requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.

• Handle day-to-day workforce requirements and efficiently resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Labor Supervisor or similar role in construction.

• Strong knowledge of manpower sourcing locally and internationally.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Ability to manage and work with a multicultural workforce.
