Akaya is seeking an experienced Labor Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily labor activities at site locations. The role involves supervising manpower, supporting recruitment, ensuring productivity, and maintaining labor records while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily labor activities on site.

• Arrange and manage manpower according to site requirements.

• Recruit labors locally and internationally as needed.

• Monitor labor productivity and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Maintain attendance, work reports, and labor records.

• Communicate manpower needs and site updates to management.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in labor supervision or a similar role.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to hire and manage labors both inside and outside the UAE.

• Basic knowledge of site operations and manpower planning.

• UAE driving license preferred.
