TikTok’s SoundOn platform is expanding in the METAPSA region, and we’re looking for a Label Services Manager to drive label partnership growth and manage high-impact music release campaigns. SoundOn is TikTok’s proprietary music distribution and artist service platform, built to empower music creators and labels with tools for global distribution, promotion, and monetization. As the Label Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing long-term relationships with label partners, managing joint ventures, and executing campaigns with strategic and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, negotiate, and secure new label service partnerships and JV deals across METAPSA.

Act as the first point of contact for a diverse roster of label partners, managing daily communication and support.

Oversee the execution of release campaigns from planning to post-launch analysis, collaborating with cross-functional and external teams.

Work closely with the Head of Label Services to develop and scale SoundOn’s label services offering.

Design and manage project budgets in partnership with the Finance team, focusing on ROI and regional impact.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, turning data into strategic insights and actionable improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a record label, artist services, or music distribution environment.

Strong background in account management and executing high-profile music release campaigns.

Proven negotiation skills with understanding of modern label services and digital music distribution.

Deep knowledge of DSPs, supply chain workflows, and music industry economics.
