• IFF is hiring a Lab Compounder to provide support across various labs, including Application, Perfumery, and Laundry. The successful candidate will assist in setting up evaluations, cover shipping duties during peak times, and support the lab supervisor with viscosity and titration samples. This role requires at least one year of lab experience and a strong grasp of math and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to multiple labs (Application, Perfumery, and Laundry).

• Assist with shipping duties during busy periods and when primary employee is unavailable.

• Prepare and set up evaluations for the Home Care / Home Care Technical Team according to time-sensitive schedules.

• Assist lab supervisor in running viscosity and titration samples.

Required Experience & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of lab experience.

• 1 to 2 years of compounding experience.

• Strong math skills.

• Knowledge of Excel and Word.

• SAP knowledge.

• Strong verbal and communication skills.
