Salesforce, the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), is hiring a KSA Enterprise Account Executive – Health & Life Science to manage and grow strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on both existing and new business opportunities, primarily for Salesforce Core AI products and other Cloud Solutions, within the Health & Life Sciences sector. The position requires a highly experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in software sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales in the Saudi Arabian market, managing both new and existing accounts.

  • Own vision, strategy, and stakeholder management for assigned accounts.

  • Collaborate with virtual teams of Cloud Specialists, Solution Experts, and supporting colleagues.

  • Introduce Salesforce offerings, communicate value propositions, and close sales.

  • Provide leadership within the Enterprise Business Sales unit.

  • Deliver revenue growth while enhancing Salesforce’s presence in the local market.


Requirements:

  • University graduate caliber.

  • Minimum 15 years of successful, referenceable sales experience, preferably in software sales.

  • Proven experience in Health & Life Sciences sales and managing large accounts.

  • Knowledge and contacts within the Saudi Arabian market are a competitive advantage.

  • Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency required.

  • Currently resides in the UAE or willing to relocate within 3 months.

  • Demonstrated ability in business development, territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing significant cloud software deals.
