Job Summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a skilled and experienced KYC Analyst (Associate level) to join its Operations team in Dubai. This role focuses on client onboarding, periodic reviews, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AML, KYC, and AFC frameworks, with a strong background in corporate or investment banking operations. This role is only open to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for KYC-related matters for corporate and investment banking clients.

• Manage client onboarding, event-driven reviews, and periodic reviews in line with AML and KYC requirements.

• Collect, validate, and process KYC documentation per Deutsche Bank policies and local regulations.

• Coordinate across departments—Business, Compliance, AFC, and offshore support teams—to ensure timely and compliant onboarding.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support implementation of new regulatory changes and maintain updated desk procedures.

• Monitor and maintain compliance with SLAs and internal controls throughout the KYC lifecycle.

• Contribute to improving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC/AML operations within corporate or investment banking.

• In-depth knowledge of KYC documentation, policies, and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong understanding of compliance, onboarding, and risk management processes.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across global and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in prioritizing workloads and managing complex workflows.

• Must be a UAE National (Emirati-only role).
