Job Summary:
Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Kitchen Steward to support its Food & Beverage operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring the smooth functioning of back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, and all operational equipment.

Maintain hygiene in kitchen holding areas and immediate corridors.

Work closely with kitchen and service employees to support kitchen operations.

Follow assigned duty schedules and shift timings.
-
Carry out all stewarding tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage during operations.
Skills and Competencies:

Education & Experience Requirements:

Vocational training in Food & Beverage is an advantage.

Prior experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar role preferred.
