We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant (Kitchen Helper) to join our professional culinary team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and are eager to grow within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation activities

• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of kitchen areas

• Clean kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment after use

• Assist in stocking, storing, and arranging kitchen supplies

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times

• Properly dispose of kitchen waste and maintain sanitation standards

• Provide assistance during peak service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene

• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle kitchen supplies

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
