Atlantis Resorts is seeking a vibrant and energetic Kids Club Lead Counselor to join its world-renowned team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about child engagement, recreation, and creating unforgettable experiences for young guests. As a Lead Counselor, you’ll be at the heart of Atlantis’ mission to deliver extraordinary moments through creativity, care, and connection. You’ll lead fun-filled activities, ensure safety, and help shape magical memories for children aged 1–12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spontaneously entertain and assist children during scheduled activities
• Facilitate indoor and outdoor games, crafts, and themed events
• Host and participate in high-energy, physical activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children aged 0–17 in accordance with resort standards
• Deliver service excellence aligned with Atlantis and Forbes Travel Guide standards
• Adhere to uniform and costume guidelines for the Explorers program
• Attend daily team briefings and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading large groups of children in hospitality, recreation, or camp settings
• Passion for child engagement and creative entertainment
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
