Job Summary:
Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa is currently hiring a Kids Club Attendant to join their dynamic Recreation team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and creative, with a genuine passion for working with children. You will play a key role in providing a safe, clean, and engaging environment for kids and ensuring all recreational activities are conducted smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Assistant Recreation Manager/Recreation Supervisor to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children.

Register children by ensuring parents fill in accurate and complete information forms.

Maintain a daily inventory of all toys and equipment used in the Kids Club or crèche.

Clean and monitor the condition of toys and play equipment, and report repair or replacement needs.

Follow all scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans provided by the supervisor.

Enforce club rules and ensure the safety of children at all times.

Keep the play area clean, organized, and engaging.

Stay informed about the club’s offerings, timings, and current promotions.
Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or vocational training in early childhood education, kindergarten, or child care-related field.

Prior experience in a similar role working with children is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a good command of English.

Passionate about child development and recreational activities.

Creative, patient, and attentive personality.
