As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be entrusted with delivering safe, memorable, and engaging experiences for children in the resort’s Kids Club. This full-time, on-site role requires a dynamic individual with a flair for entertaining and nurturing young guests, while maintaining a fun and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children in the Kids Club area, ensuring safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and lead recreational activities including arts, crafts, games, and storytelling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating play space
• Provide timely and effective communication with parents or guardians
• Assist with child check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
• Enforce health, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Offer basic first aid when necessary and report any incidents appropriately
• Foster a collaborative and friendly environment with the wider hospitality team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in hospitality, education, or recreation settings
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to design activities for varying age groups
• Patient, enthusiastic, and approachable personality
• Good understanding of child development and safety awareness
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities
