Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank, part of the fashion-forward SO/ hotel collection under Ennismore, is seeking a vibrant and caring Kids Club Attendant to join its Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about creating joyful, safe, and engaging experiences for children. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a nurturing spirit to our Kids Club, ensuring every child feels welcome and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the Kids Club area
• Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s experience
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Enforce Kids Club rules and safety protocols
• Provide basic first aid when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in recreational or educational settings
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and lead engaging activities for various age groups
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Patient, enthusiastic, and creative mindset
• Basic understanding of child development and safety protocols
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
