Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is looking for dynamic, self-motivated Kids Club Attendant to join their Recreation team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children attending the kids club. You will ensure that all club duties are carried out efficiently, and assist in activities, inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Assistant Recreation Manager / Recreation Supervisor to ensure a safe environment for children at the Kids Club.

• Ensure parents fill in correct registration forms containing children’s history.

• Create and manage an inventory of toys and equipment at the club.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all equipment.

• Inform the Recreation Manager if additional toys or replacements are needed.

• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules set by the Recreation Supervisor.

• Enforce club’s rules and regulations.

• Maintain a clean and tidy environment.

• Be knowledgeable about the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and pricing.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Ideally, a diploma or vocational training in a child care-related field.

• Previous similar experience in a child care role.

• Passion for working with children.

• Good command of English and interpersonal communication skills.
