Job Summary:
The Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children visiting the resort. This role blends creativity and energy with care and professionalism to deliver exciting recreational programs that align with the SO/ brand’s spirit of innovation and sophistication. The Animator ensures every child enjoys a memorable experience filled with laughter, learning, and imagination.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and lead creative activities such as arts & crafts, sports, storytelling, and themed games for children of various ages.

Create a lively and inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment.

Support special family events, holiday programs, and themed parties in coordination with other departments.

Greet children and parents warmly, providing clear activity schedules and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Maintain a secure and hygienic environment in all Kids Club areas and ensure equipment is well-kept.

Adhere to resort policies for child supervision, including check-in/check-out procedures.

Collaborate with the resort team to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Promote SO/ brand values by reflecting energy, creativity, and style in every interaction.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience:

Previous experience in childcare, recreation, entertainment, or hospitality (experience in a resort or hotel Kids Club preferred).

Outgoing, dynamic, and creative personality with a genuine passion for working with children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Knowledge of child safety protocols and first aid (CPR certification preferred).

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
