Job Summary:
The Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children visiting the resort. This role blends creativity and energy with care and professionalism to deliver exciting recreational programs that align with the SO/ brand’s spirit of innovation and sophistication. The Animator ensures every child enjoys a memorable experience filled with laughter, learning, and imagination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead creative activities such as arts & crafts, sports, storytelling, and themed games for children of various ages.

  • Create a lively and inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment.

  • Support special family events, holiday programs, and themed parties in coordination with other departments.

  • Greet children and parents warmly, providing clear activity schedules and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

  • Maintain a secure and hygienic environment in all Kids Club areas and ensure equipment is well-kept.

  • Adhere to resort policies for child supervision, including check-in/check-out procedures.

  • Collaborate with the resort team to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

  • Promote SO/ brand values by reflecting energy, creativity, and style in every interaction.


Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Previous experience in childcare, recreation, entertainment, or hospitality (experience in a resort or hotel Kids Club preferred).

  • Outgoing, dynamic, and creative personality with a genuine passion for working with children.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Knowledge of child safety protocols and first aid (CPR certification preferred).

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Soft Skills:

  • High level of energy and enthusiasm.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and care for children’s safety.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
