The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is currently hiring a Kids Club Animator to join its dynamic Beach Club Department team. In this role, you’ll create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest guests, offering a variety of creative and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a wide variety of age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, seasonal camps, and educational programs.

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club to help children feel comfortable and enthusiastic.

• Monitor and supervise children, ensuring their safety and addressing any concerns proactively.

• Foster nurturing relationships with children, offering emotional support when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club space, including sanitizing toys and equipment.

• Follow the club’s daily schedule, including snack times, rest periods, and structured transitions.

• Communicate with parents and guardians about their child’s participation and share daily updates or concerns.

• Implement positive behavior management techniques to encourage respect and cooperation.

• Collaborate with other animators and staff to continuously enhance the Kids Club experience.

• Attend regular training on safety, child development, and programming improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar Kids Club or animation role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• A professional, friendly attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.

• Basic first aid knowledge is preferred.
