Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, part of the Marriott International family, is hiring a Kids Club Animator to join its full-time, on-site entertainment team. This role is ideal for energetic, creative individuals who love working with children and are passionate about creating fun, educational, and safe experiences. You’ll be at the heart of the resort’s youth program, helping young guests feel welcome, engaged, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead daily activities such as arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and music
• Build rapport with children and parents, ensuring a warm and caring environment
• Promote the resort’s youth programs and assist with registration
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kids club facilities and equipment
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training
• Uphold Marriott’s standards of professionalism, appearance, and guest service
• Assist individuals with disabilities and ensure inclusive participation
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
• Familiarity with recreation equipment and child safety practices
• Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• No prior experience required, but a passion for working with children is essential
