Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is hiring a Kids Club – Animation Specialist to join their leisure team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about engaging with children and creating memorable, fun, and educational experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. The position involves planning, organizing, and supervising kids’ activities while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet children and parents with warmth and professionalism.

• Plan and execute fun, innovative, and educational activities aligned with the kids’ club activity calendar.

• Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all equipment and play areas.

• Monitor inventory and request supplies such as toys, art materials, and games.

• Promote kids’ programs and assist parents with registration and inquiries.

• Report any incidents or maintenance issues to management promptly.

• Work closely with the Leisure & Activities department to support team goals and special events.

• Build rapport with children and their families to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Lead and supervise the on-floor operations and team during your shift.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A warm, engaging personality with patience and creativity in dealing with children.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage.
