TikTok is hiring a Key Accounts TikTok LIVE Content Operations Manager to oversee TikTok LIVE’s content strategy, optimization, and monetization efforts. This role involves collaborating with partners and internal teams to create and optimize engaging LIVE content, enhance audience interaction, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Analysis and Strategy: Analyze partner content for alignment with TikTok LIVE trends and audience behavior. Develop strategies for audience engagement and monetization through gifting.

Content Transformation and Production: Work with creators and production teams to adapt content into TikTok LIVE’s interactive format.

Revenue Optimization: Design content to enhance gifting experiences and increase viewer-creator connections, maximizing monetization.

Product Collaboration and Integration: Liaise with content and product teams to integrate TikTok LIVE features with content and optimize interactivity.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with partners, presenting performance updates and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or content production.

Proficiency in English and Arabic for effective collaboration.

Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage projects across stakeholders.

Familiarity with analytics tools for campaign performance.
