Position Title: Key Account Manager – Veterinary Products

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager for veterinary products to drive client acquisition and account growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about animal health who can effectively manage key accounts, onboard new veterinary clinics, and deliver product training sessions. You will work closely with European experts and share knowledge with our colleagues in the Russian office.

Key Responsibilities:

📈 Account Expansion & Growth

• Prospect and onboard new veterinary clinics to expand the client base

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and product usage

💡 Product Training & Development

• Conduct product training sessions for clinic staff, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper use of our products

• Participate in online and offline training sessions with European experts to stay updated on industry trends and products

🌍 Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues from the Russian office to improve sales strategies and product understanding

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our offerings are competitive

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pharma or veterinary products

• Knowledge: A veterinary or medical background is a plus

• Language: Fluent in English (Russian and Arabic are advantages)

• Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to educate and influence clients

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Additional Benefits: Base salary + performance-based bonuses
