Accor is seeking a Key Account Manager – Leisure for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. The role is responsible for managing key leisure accounts, driving top-line revenue, and providing strategic guidance to hotels to optimize their performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and direct key accounts to drive top-line revenue

Develop and execute strategic business and account plans
-
Provide guidance on leisure distribution strategies to hotels

Lead sales activities such as presentations, industry events, and tradeshows
-
Foster new business opportunities and grow leisure business
-
Produce performance reports and forecast business demand
-
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive loyalty and revenue
-
Provide market intelligence and industry insights
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management
-
5+ years of experience in the hotel industry, with a sound understanding of hotel operations and sales

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
-
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools like Salesforce and CVENT
-
Strong knowledge of the leisure distribution landscape
-
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead change
