Key Account Manager KSA

As a Key Account Manager KSA, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers such as retailers and distributors. This role involves driving sales growth, developing account plans, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure the right products are delivered in alignment with customer needs and market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with key customers (retailers and distributors).

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, distributor, and key accounts.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

  2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Drive sales growth within assigned key accounts by identifying new business opportunities.

    • Meet or exceed sales targets by tailoring sales strategies to the needs of each key account.

  3. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop account plans for each key customer, focusing on long-term goals and maximizing sales potential.

    • Align the company’s business objectives with customers’ needs and strategies.

    • Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance against sales goals and adjust strategies as needed.

  4. Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay updated on trends and developments in the consumer appliances & tools market.

    • Analyze competitors and propose strategies to maintain or grow market share.

    • Work with the marketing team to ensure the product offerings align with market demand.

  5. Product and Solution Expertise:

    • Understand the product portfolio of consumer appliances and present solutions tailored to key accounts’ needs.

    • Gather customer feedback on products and relay insights to the product development and marketing teams.

  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work with supply chain, marketing, and product management teams to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of customer needs.

    • Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support.

  7. Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Forecast demand for key accounts and work with inventory management to ensure stock levels meet customer requirements.

    • Track sales performance against KPIs and provide insights to optimize account profitability.
