We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow modern trade accounts for a leading FMCG portfolio in the UAE. This role offers full ownership of key retail partnerships, with a strong focus on driving revenue, profitability, and strategic growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans with major retail customers, managing trade investments, and ensuring the achievement of sales and margin targets. Working closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams, you will ensure effective execution, accurate forecasting, and high-impact promotional activities.

This is a highly commercial role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade accounts (hypermarkets and supermarkets)
• Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer and company objectives
• Negotiate trade terms, promotions, and commercial agreements
• Manage trade spend to maximize ROI and profitability
• Drive accurate sales forecasting and demand planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and availability
• Track performance metrics and optimize account strategies based on insights

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of FMCG key account management experience in the UAE
• Strong exposure to modern trade channels (hypermarkets/supermarkets)
• Proven negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen
• Experience in account planning, promotions, and trade terms management
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a structured, execution-focused mindset

Salary

AED 20,000 – 30,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
