Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager with a strong background in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) industry. This role involves managing strategic client relationships, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional service to key accounts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food service, skilled in client communication, and able to collaborate with chefs and hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients.

Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product portfolios within key accounts.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Understand clients’ culinary needs by working closely with chefs and provide tailored product solutions in coordination with internal teams.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the HORECA channel.

Monitor account performance and provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights to the sales team.

Collaborate with logistics, R&D, quality, and production teams to ensure timely product delivery and high service standards.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demands to guide strategic decisions.

Participate in tenders and manage contractual relationships with institutional clients.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in key account management or sales within the HORECA industry.

Demonstrated success managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

UAE driving license preferred (if applicable).

A passion for food and hospitality is highly desirable.
