Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our veterinary healthcare team in the UAE. This role focuses on expanding our client base within veterinary clinics and strengthening relationships with existing key accounts. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive learning mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new veterinary clinics to expand the company’s client base across the region.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct engaging product training sessions for veterinary clinic staff to ensure proper usage and product awareness.

Participate in specialized product and market training sessions with European experts (both virtual and in-person).

Collaborate with colleagues in the Russian office to share insights and best practices.

Perform regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or veterinary sectors.

Strong desire to learn and adapt; a background in veterinary or medical fields is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Russian or Arabic is a strong advantage.

Proven presentation, negotiation, and account management abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a cross-regional team.
