Job Summary

The Key Account Executive is responsible for driving the growth and expanding the market presence of Mai Dubai’s water products. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing key client relationships, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. The Key Account Executive will build strong relationships with commercial clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and leverage product knowledge to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Develop Sales Opportunities: Target and develop new commercial sales opportunities across the assigned region.

• Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and SMEs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets and performance objectives set by management.

• Monitor Competitor Activities: Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide insights to management.

• Negotiate Sales Agreements: Close sales deals and negotiate contracts with commercial clients.

• Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to maintain strong relationships.

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in sales or account management.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE commercial market.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English.

• Asset: Proficiency in Arabic.

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s License: A valid UAE driver’s license is required.
