Alfa Creative Plus is seeking a Junior Videographer to join its growing creative team in Dubai. This is an entry-level, full-time role designed for aspiring video professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality multimedia content creation.

As a Junior Videographer, you will assist in producing visual content for a variety of platforms, including events, interviews, and social media campaigns. You will work closely with the senior videographer and creative team, supporting all stages of video production – from pre-shoot preparation to basic editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate basic video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and microphones.

• Capture clean, professional footage during events, client shoots, and in-studio recordings.

• Support senior videographers in shoot planning, on-location setup, and post-production.

• Organize and manage video files, ensuring proper labeling and storage for future access.

• Assist in editing short clips or rough cuts using basic video editing software.

• Ensure content adheres to the brand’s quality and creative standards.

• Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently across multiple projects.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of video shooting techniques and equipment setup.

• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from more experienced creatives.

• Ability to follow creative direction and contribute ideas in team brainstorming sessions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid (on-site and remote) environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
