Profile Middle East is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the full recruitment lifecycle for international and regional projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. This position offers a dynamic environment with exposure to multinational recruitment operations and talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, pre-screening, negotiation, and mobilization

Assist in creating and executing sourcing plans aligned with project needs

Publish job postings across portals, social media, and internal platforms

Use innovative methods to attract and source top talent
-
Maintain accurate candidate data in internal systems (PME database)
-
Monitor recruitment KPIs and mobilization timelines
-
Coordinate with agencies, PROs, and government bodies for clearance and visa processing

Assist Operations in arranging medicals, visas, and travel logistics
-
Provide timely updates to Line Manager and maintain regular reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects

Fluency in written and spoken English

Solid understanding of recruitment platforms, social media sourcing, and job portals

Good organizational and coordination skills

Analytical mindset for reviewing sourcing effectiveness

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
