We are hiring a Junior Social Media Executive who is passionate about creating high-impact content, driving engagement across digital platforms, and growing social presence for exciting brands in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, shoot, and edit Reels and TikTok-first video content.

• Define and execute regional social media strategy and content planning.

• Monitor social media trends locally and globally to inspire new campaigns.

• Design and write posts tailored to local social media channels.

• Implement social advertising strategies to meet KPIs and drive ROI.

• Maintain quality control across client social media content and engagement metrics.

• Track and report on competitors’ social activity weekly.

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns and collaborate with content creators.

• Build and maintain executive social media profiles for key stakeholders.

• Partner with internal teams on integrated campaigns and strategic guidance.

• Share social media best practices with regional and global teams.

Your Objectives:

• Boost engagement and reach across social media platforms.

• Create engaging multimedia content tailored to client needs.

• Build influencer relationships and manage digital communities.

• Support brand growth with innovative social campaigns and storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital content.

• Strong grasp of content trends and platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in content creation tools (video editing, design platforms).

• Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

• Creative mindset with a strong sense of social trends and audience engagement.
