Job Title: Junior Site Engineers

Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and technically proficient Junior Site Engineers specializing in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering to join our growing project teams in the UAE. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with at least two years of hands-on experience who are eager to work in a fast-paced, structured environment. Candidates will assist in field execution, technical documentation, coordination, and quality control across diverse infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Engineers

• Assist with on-site electrical execution, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Support electrical design reviews, load calculations, and BOQ preparation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure standards compliance.

• Help with DEWA documentation and inspection requests.

Mechanical Engineers

• Support installation and supervision of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

• Assist in heat load assessments, equipment selection, and duct/piping design.

• Coordinate with MEP consultants and on-site teams.

• Review shop drawings and material submittals.

Civil Engineers

• Support site execution of structural and architectural works.

• Monitor rebar installation, concrete casting, formwork, and finishing works.

• Prepare daily progress reports and support quality assurance processes.

• Ensure adherence to project specs and safety protocols.

General Responsibilities (All Disciplines)

• Assist senior engineers and project managers in project planning and execution.

• Maintain technical records, site reports, and documentation.

• Attend coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors.

• Uphold quality standards and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any country.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and discipline-specific software tools.

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel and work on site as required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 (based on experience and discipline)
