Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Junior Technical Sales Associate with a background in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering to support our Foundation division. This role involves assisting the sales team with technical proposals, quotations, client coordination, and project follow-ups while ensuring smooth and professional communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Track ongoing quotations, tenders, and project progress.

• Communicate with clients professionally and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

• Support marketing initiatives including cold calling, brochures, presentations, and social media activities.

• Assist in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and project proposals.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation.

• Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and project documentation.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other sales support documents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or technical sales.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in English is mandatory — Arabic/Hindi is an added advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

• Strong organizational ability, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.

• Positive, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.
