Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), the world’s largest premium aluminium producer, is hiring a Junior Recruiter for a 6-month full-time contract role based in Al Taweelah, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supporting the recruitment process across various departments, ensuring the timely sourcing, screening, and hiring of top talent.

The Junior Recruiter will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience while keeping candidate engagement high and maintaining compliance in documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing:
  Utilize job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms to source potential candidates. Develop and maintain a network of contacts for proactive hiring.

• Screening & Assessment:
  Conduct resume reviews and phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Administer skills assessments when necessary and present shortlisted candidates for interviews.

• Candidate Management:
  Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication, feedback, and updates. Maintain transparency about job roles and company expectations.

• Compliance & Documentation:
  Maintain accurate candidate records and remain updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

• Reporting & Metrics:
  Track key recruitment metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience; agency experience is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end sourcing and hiring process.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Experience recruiting for multiple levels including senior roles.

• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
