KitchenPark is seeking a Junior Real Estate Analyst to join their growing team in Dubai. This full-time role involves sourcing new properties, conducting market analysis, preparing financial models, and providing strategic insights to support investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Source new properties, landlords, and local authority areas

Negotiate with property owners and landlords

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

Prepare financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for investments and developments

Assist in preparing investment memorandums, presentations, and reports

Monitor key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes
-
Maintain and update real estate databases with accurate information
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Economics, or Engineering

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail

Understanding of the commercial real estate market in the UAE

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
