Kingston Stanley is hiring a Junior Project Manager for an events agency in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position involves managing creative projects from inception to execution. You will work closely with Account Directors and the Project Director to deliver exceptional event experiences, handling everything from logistics to client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own projects from brief to execution under the guidance of the Project Director.

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets.

• Research and develop creative ideas, preparing presentations for clients.

• Manage vendors, contracts, and negotiations with suppliers.

• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery within scope.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.

• Attend and manage events on-site as required.

• Keep stakeholders informed and confident throughout the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE event industry.

• Proven success in a similar role with client-facing responsibilities.

• Strong skills in budgeting, logistics, timelines, and supplier management.

• Proficiency in event/project management software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

• Must have experience with an events agency based in Dubai.

Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month
