Bureau Veritas is seeking a Junior Planning Engineer to join their team in Dubai. The role involves supporting project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will assist in creating project plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Apply project management techniques such as Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource levelling.

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and QA/QC team to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

• Monitor project progress, generate performance reports, and provide data-driven insights.

• Manage stakeholder communication and maintain positive relationships.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in a planning role (engineering or project management).

• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for project performance monitoring.

• Certifications in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
